Brass Tacks: Hill Country Trivium 10K

Total Time: 01:04:45 (Goal 01:12:44)
Split Pace: 10:26/mile (Goal 11:44/mile)

Lows:

Hilliest course I know. I had to walk twice.

Highs:

Crisp, dry, non-humid fall air is runner’s paradise (finally!). Cut about a minute from my first post-Bloblet 10K in April. As always with this race — Pie! Finishers’ prize included a buffet of 35 different kinds of pie from a legendary local bakery. Never gets old, but the bling doesn’t hurt either. Coincided with my bling stock-up for the holidays. Pretty solid little weekend.
